Strategy

Since 2009, our real estate investment fund, ROI Strategies, has opened up the market for thousands of qualified families to regain control of their lives through homeownership by utilizing our Rent to Own structure.

There are many families who struggle to obtain financing today.  For those that qualify for our program (through our strict underwriting criteria) they have usually had a one-time event that prevents them from qualifying for traditional financing. Once qualified with us, we set them up in a Rent to Own and within 1-4 years they are able to get financing and purchase the home back from us.

In addition, we are able to provide Short Sale Repurchases for families who are underwater on their home but want to stay in their home. The process is similar – ROI Strategies purchases their home in a Short Sale and then the family rents the home back from us until they can purchase it at a later date.

This Rent to Own structure has provided our investors with a consistent return month after month.

Advantages

We designed ROI Strategies with the protection of our investors’ principal in mind. By only purchasing homes within the core rental market, we have a built-in protection plan that works as a safety net for investors during a real estate downturn. We can weather any market downturn by simply converting our properties into ordinary rentals and waiting out the real estate cycle until it recovers.

Being we only purchase stable income producing assets within the core rental market means we will have cash flow whether the real estate market goes up or down. When the market is up, we are producing above market rates of return for single family residences.
