We’re looking for someone who is excited to work full time in a small business atmosphere. I need someone who is great at prioritizing, organizing, and implementing our deliverables to reach our goals. If you think in a logical, process-oriented, detailed way and enjoy the technical side of setting up marketing campaigns, this job is for you. Do you like putting together all the pieces of a campaign to make it work as efficiently as possible? Do you like automating processes to improve the efficiency of your tasks and others? Do you like tracking your campaigns so you know the exact results of your efforts? Do enjoy working on the back end of websites and integrating programs together to make your work more seamless? These are the sorts of process-minded tasks I need help with, plus someone who can manage entire projects from beginning to end on their own. You will have a major amount of input and responsibility in this position.
If you have experience in managing a CRM, setting up email campaigns such as autoresponders, writing and proofreading content, and designing campaigns from conception to implementation, that is a plus. We do not expect you to be experienced in all of these areas, but we expect you to take initiative and problem-solve issues on your own. You will need to teach yourself new skills you do not know, but we will be there to assist you. You must fit in with our entrepreneurial culture and should understand we do not micromanage. You’ll be working with a marketing director and two part-time employees on a tight-knit marketing team.

We are a company of only 8 employees and we are running 3 separate businesses: Home Today (Non-Profit that gets homeowners back into homes with lease to owns and short sale repurchases), Advanced Commission (commission advances for Realtors), and Assuravest (investment fund for 2nd non-performing notes). We have an office we all use sporadically, for meetings mostly. You are welcome to work at the office or at home. This position will be about 30% collaboration and 70% self-managed work. We are very flexible schedule-wise. We don’t care about a set schedule as much as we care about reaching our goals. Salary is dependent upon experience. We do not provide benefits.
